Precision-wheel line (custom, by drawing). c6ex supplies the full bond spectrum, each matched to a job: vitrified bond for rigid, high-precision CBN grinding of cams, cranks, gears, and threads; resin bond for tungsten-carbide and HSS tool grinding (flute, profile, clearance); metal and electroplated bonds for aggressive stock removal on glass, ceramic, sapphire, and silicon; hybrid / vacuum-brazed bonds for demanding tooling applications. We select abrasive (diamond vs CBN), grit, concentration, hardness, and shape (1A1 plain, 6A2 cup, dish, etc.) per your workpiece, machine, and finish target.

Machine-aware. Precision wheels are quoted for the grinder they run on — ANCA, Rollomatic, Studer, Walter, and equivalent CNC tool & cutter / cylindrical machines — and for the part family (flute, profile, gear, thread, cam, crank). Send a drawing or a target surface finish and we propose the bond, grit, and shape.

Surface-prep line (stock). Diamond cup wheels, grinding shoes/plates, and polishing pads for concrete, reinforced concrete, and natural stone — floor grinding, leveling, edge work, and polishing. Bond and grit selected per hardness and finish target.

Dressing tools. To round out the line, c6ex supplies diamond rotary and stationary dressers for wheel conditioning (quoted per spec).
